Miley ‘Smiley’ Cyrus had an embarrassing  moment when she was at the London Premiere of her latest movie release, Hannah Montana. Miley was so much excited with her new film that she completely forgot that her underskirt activities are lensed eagerly by our good PAP friends. Or is it she intentionally doing this all so that peoples folks to theaters and make it a super duper hit. No No Miley that’s not the way to be Superstar. Is it?
