Henry Joseph Madden was just like another child when he was young, good at studies and a good track team member in high school.

But something was unusual with him and that is he sometimes wore his mother’s pantyhose and underwear under his clothes then.

“I really wanted to be a girl so bad, and that was one way for me to satisfy those feelings,” Madden said. “I always felt like someone was looking over my shoulder.”

The desire to become a female never went away from Henry’s mind and at age 48, Madden finally changed her sex to femal. His her doctors, gender therapist supported her throughout the process and it takes a lot of effort (reconstructive surgeries, electrolysis, laser procedures and voice lessons) to finally make her as, Jennifer Elizabeth. She is a practicing family physician in Nashua, New Hampshire.
