Colin Firth Trying Not To Think About Oscar nomination

For most actors an Oscar Nomination is a thing to dream of but for Colin Firth its reality. The British actor received an Oscar nomination for best actor this week and he tell reporters that he is trying not to think about it. Firth is nominated for his part in “Single Man” where Firth plays a grieving university lecturer who struggles to come to terms with the loss of this male partner. The Actor told of his disappointment when he didn’t win the award almost 30 years ago and says this time round he doesn’t want to focus on wining and says that he’s been up and down a few times now and that he is getting on a bit now and doesn’t want to be swept away in the moment.
