Here’s Mellisa Joan Hart, on the grand opening of her store, ‘Sweethearts’. This former “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch” is really a sweetheart and she has chosen perfect name for her store too. Melissa Joan Hart has already appeared on cover for People Magazine this June with her amazing transformation body. She has sheds to a 113lbs in a little over a year. Its an amazing transformation and we would also like to see her gainng more success and belief in everything she does.

Finally “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch” star, Melissa Joan Hart reveals her 113lbs body on cover of People Magazine. Mellisa gained a lot of  weight ost pregnancy and she was the subject of internet attacks on various gossip blogs.

She explains,

“I still read blogs about me discussing how fat I’ve become,” “Everyone still thinks I’m huge,”  “But I’m not anymore!”

She further explains,

“There are enormous pressures put on you in Hollywood,” and  “I realized I didn’t have to be heavy just because I have kids.”

It took Hart 14 months of hard work to reclaim her figure and to get back in bikini shape, Hart worked with nutritionist Derek Johnson at New Metabolism to change her diet. She also hit the gym with her trainer Mark Harari at Pulse Fitness Studio.

When asked how she feels now? “I feel amazing!” she says.

“I had to prove to myself that I could do it. I had to give it a go!”

Onething for sure we can say here, Melissa that your hard work pays off and you look absolutely sexy in that bikini. Muaaa!!!
