The star burst into tears as Judge Marsha Revel told her she would be spending 90 days in jail for violating her probation for a driving under the influence arrest in 2007. The star told the LA court: “I did do everything I was told to do and did the best I could to balance jobs and showing up.”I was taking it seriously. I wasn’t expecting any special treatment. The president of Lindsay Lohan’s 6126 fashion brand has come to the actress defence following her split with style company Emanuel Ungaro, insisting the actress wasn’t allowed to get involved in the firm’s decisions. The star broke down in tears whilst filming a hard-hitting new documentary after learning a child she was talking to had been beaten by her guardians and sent out onto the streets of India to beg. The star was in various areas of India last year to shoot a low key BBC investigation about the trafficking of women and children in the country. During one moving scene, Lohan sobbed as she heard the story of one little girl. A translator told Lohan, “Deena was forced to work by her own family. She has parents but came to stay with her brother and sister-in-law and they put her on the streets to beg. “She was bringing in money throughout the day as she begged and, in the evening, she takes the train to go home.” The 23 year old had to be handed a tissue to wipe away her tears as she exclaimed, “Oh my god!”

Lindsay Lohan’s dad claims his daughter is still addicted to prescription drugs – and he’ll stop at nothing to “make things right” in her life. What’s more, Michael rejects Lindsay’s claim that she hit rock bottom when he went public with his fears for the Mean Girls star.
Michael said: “While I’m very happy that Lindsay is beginning to come clean, the truth of the matter is I went public when she hit rock bottom. She did not go rock bottom when I went public.
“And while I find her admissions of her experiences with alcohol and cocaine to be noble, the real problem still exists with the prescription drug use that the so-called ‘addiction specialist’, therapist and doctors are prescribing to Lindsay.”
He added: “I will not stop (speaking out) until I finally get my daughter off of all the prescription drugs which she never needed and doesn’t need no matter how much I get bad mouthed or slandered by the people out there who aren’t so perfect themselves.
“I will do all I can to make things right, even if it costs me, or is at my own expense!”
