The X Factor judge Dannii Minogue has become a mum after giving birth to a son on Monday in Melbourne. A spokesman for the pair told reporters “Kris Smith and Dannii Minogue are thrilled to announce the arrival of Ethan Edward Smith on 5 July 2010. “Mother and baby are doing well and dad is very proud. They request their privacy at this special time to adjust as new parents.”

Dannii Minogue May Not Return To X Factor

Dannii Minogue has told reporters that she might not be returning to The X Factor after she’s given birth. “They’re expressing an interest for me to come back and I’m expressing an interest to come back. “We have to see if we can make it work.”

Dannii Minogue Talks About Pregnancy Cravings

Dannii Minogue is craving sweets and cakes since becoming pregnant. The singer is making the most of her pregnancy cravings by tucking into a variety of yummy treats. The X factor judge who is having a baby with boyfriend Kris Smith said: “I’m eating the most ridiculous amount of cakes but Ferrero Rochers are my favourite. The star said: “I’m so tiny, I’m not big enough to fit twins in there – I wouldn’t be able to stand up!”

Dannii Minogue Does A Katie Price

Dannii Minogue has done a Katie Price by inviting a film crew to film her day to day life. Dannii, 38, has been followed by the crew since her and boyfriend Kris found out she was pregnant. The former singer’s show is set to air June this year and will show the future birth of their child and follow the singer as she tries to launch her own fashion range “Project D”. An insider from ITV said “Dannii has obviously seen how successful Katie Price has been with her show.” And also stated that discussions between Dannii and ITV are still ongoing.

Dannii Minogue Isn’t Having Twins

Dannii Minogue still does not know the sex of her baby; however she now knows that she is not expecting ten. The singer told reporters the doctors told her there is only one baby and the singer and boyfriend Kris Smith sighed with relief. The singer also says that she was worried about twins because she is so small and she wouldn’t be able to stand with two babies inside her. She also told reporters that they haven’t decide whether they will find out the sex of the baby before birth and that she is confident that boyfriend Kris is the one.
