Hitting their mid-week stride on the set of “Gossip Girl,” Blake Lively and Leighton Meester were spotted having a blast filming scenes together yesterday. The CW cuties looked hot as they made their way around the New York City set, both sporting funky formal outfits as they tried to avoid the “fake” paparazzi as part of the show.
