Stepping out for an St Patrick’s Day shopping spree, Beyonce Knowles paid a visit to the Patricia Field store in Manhattan’s East Village on Tuesday afternoon (March 17). Toting around a large handbag while sporting her glitzy wedding ring, the “Irreplaceable” songstress was all smiles as she left the shop with her security staffer closeby.
