The star has revealed he hated been know as a pretty boy. the star is in new movie Inception and insists his rise to fame as a result of Titanic was not the happiest chapter in his life.

“I hated the way I was turned into a pretty boy and that’s all that was expected of me,” he said.

“It made me almost want to stop acting for a while because the attention was not where I wanted to take my career.

“I didn’t want to do romantic films or anything that just exploited my imagine or appearance.”

“They know all this publicity stuff is fleeting,” he explained.

“There will be a new focus one day and the only thing that will last is the work that you put into it while you had the opportunity to get good jobs, but I think they know that.”
